KidsGive is celebrating its 15th anniversary as an educational program associated with Lawrence University. Since 2009, KidsGive has provided scholarships for low-income children in Sierra Leone and opportunities for college students to volunteer and do community engaged learning in West Africa. 

 

Over the past 15 years, KidsGive has impacted nearly 10,000 children by providing scholarships, enrichment activities covering health, sports, & the arts, and infrastructure improvements (i.e. water wells and school buildings). Our mission is also to educate students in the U.S. about African life and cultures, and we have given presentations at schools in Wisconsin and 8 other states.
